Sommelier Fred Gerber is a graduate of Hotel School Belvoir Park in Zurich Switzerland.
After establishing himself at the St. Francis Hotel and Mandarin Oriental Hotel in
San Francisco he developed Award Winning wine programs in Maui Hawaii,
Portland Oregon and the Coachella Valley before joining Cuistot in 1997.
While in Portland, Fred achieved Certification by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Cuistot is proud to be the only restaurant in the valley to have earned the
Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine every year since 2005. We’re also the valley’s only recipient of the Award of Unique Distinction from
Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
